AICOM® offers two solution models: Product Solution and Cloud Solution.

The Product Solution follows a SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription model and is available in three tiers: Basic, Select, and Premium, with optional cloud resource binding add-ons. The Cloud Solution combines technical support with managed cloud operations services and is available in four tiers: Starter, Standard, Business, and Enterprise.
